Jennifer Neighborhood Incline Village, North Lake Tahoe

The Jennifer neighborhood is located just off Highway 431 in Incline Village North Lake Tahoe.  In the Jennifer neighborhood there are a wide range of single family residences, and many full timer owners who live in Incline Village full time.  This area provides some lake views and is surrounded by forested areas and many US Forest land pockets.  Geraldine Drive, a major street in the Jennifer area but not typically a busy street is assumed to be named after Don Marek’s wife.  Don was head of Boise cascade, the company that bought out the Crystal Bay Development.  There are hidden hiking trails in the Jennifer area one being right at the interstection of Barbara street and Jennifer.  Many of the streets in this area have peoples names such as Geraldine, Susan, Jeffery, ect.  This area is part of the Incline Village school bus route so the streets are maintained well during the snow season.  A low elevation of 6,800′ to a high of 7,400′.
