Another fun activity to do in North Lake Tahoe is to take the Heavenly tram.  The Heavenly tram takes passengers 2,000 feet above beautiful Lake Tahoe.  The ride is beautiful and exhilarating as you travel along Tahoe’s 72 mile shoreline with breathtaking views no matter what season it is.  Words of advice before you get on the tram consider the weather and bring a sweater or coat because the air is chilly at that height.
